1. About Linkra and these terms
LinkraFlow is a service provided by Linkra, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42046494. You can contact us at contact@linkra.nl or +31 6 83 34 92 00.
This page describes the principles for the public linkraflow.com website, including its English pages, and for requesting contact or a quotation. Our offering is aimed at organisations and business customers. This text does not contain terms of use for app.linkraflow.com or an agreement for processing customer data through the platform.
2. Website information and examples
We take care with the information on this website. Descriptions, screenshots and examples illustrate how a solution can work. They do not by themselves constitute a binding quotation or a guarantee of availability, performance, savings or suitability for your situation. We assess possible integrations and process steps based on the systems involved, access rights and your requirements.
If you notice an error or anything unclear, please let us know at contact@linkra.nl. We will investigate and update the information where necessary.
3. Contacting us and requesting a quotation
Submitting the contact form or requesting a conversation does not create a paid engagement or platform subscription. An acknowledgement only confirms that your enquiry has been received. If research or advice involves a charge, we agree this with you in advance.
Provide accurate and relevant information about your enquiry. Do not share passwords, access keys or sensitive personal data through the form. If technical access is needed, we make separate arrangements.
4. Quotations and formation of an engagement
A quotation describes the proposed work, price and conditions for acceptance. It states its validity period. Unless a different period is specified, the quotation is valid for 30 days. Any reservations are stated in the quotation.
An engagement is formed by written acceptance in accordance with the quotation or order confirmation, or when Linkra starts the agreed work with your consent. Written communication includes email and digitally signed documents that you can retain. Merely visiting this website or requesting information does not constitute acceptance of an engagement.
5. Agreements about services
Before an engagement starts, we record its scope, responsibilities, rates, schedule and any arrangements for management and support. Agreements about payment, intellectual property, liability, duration and termination belong to the relevant engagement. An availability guarantee or response time applies only if agreed.
With a quotation, we state which general terms apply and provide them before or when the contract is concluded in a form you can retain. Terms for consultancy or other work are not automatically terms for a platform subscription. Separately agreed arrangements take precedence for the relevant engagement.
6. Responsible use and rights to materials
Do not use the website for abuse, disruption, bypassing security or sending unlawful content. Texts, designs and original images belong to Linkra or the relevant rights holder. You may browse the website, share links and retain information for internal evaluation of our offering. Other reuse requires permission unless permitted by law. Other suppliers’ names and logos remain their property and do not by themselves imply a partnership or endorsement.
7. Privacy and cookies
We process enquiries and website data as described in our privacy policy. Google Analytics is loaded only with your consent. You can change your choice through Cookie settings. Contacting us does not require you to accept analytics cookies.
8. Questions, complaints and changes
If you have a question or complaint about the website or an enquiry, email contact@linkra.nl and explain the issue. We will try to resolve it together. Dutch law applies to the extent validly agreed. Statutory rights and the legally determined jurisdiction of the courts remain unaffected.
We may update this page when the website or our offering changes. The date at the top shows the latest update. Updating this page does not automatically change an existing quotation or agreement.
