Security of the public website
This page describes measures for the public linkraflow.com website and contact form, including the English pages. Security of app.linkraflow.com and the processing of customer data through integrations are outside this description. These require separate agreements.
Encrypted connection
The website is available over HTTPS, which encrypts traffic between your browser and the website. The server sends contact enquiries to the processing service over HTTPS and verifies its certificate. This does not mean ordinary email is end-to-end encrypted.
Contact form protection
The form checks required fields and the length and format of input. The server validates the data again. Additional checks help limit automated spam and repeated requests. The website shows a submission confirmation only when the processing service confirms sending. If an error occurs, a message is shown and your input remains in the form.
Handling data with care
Settings and secret keys for form processing are used on the server and are not sent to your browser. The form code does not write message content to its own error log. Hosting and processing services may also keep technical logs. Our privacy policy explains more about processing and retention periods.
We do not send names, email addresses or form content to Google Analytics. Analytics is loaded only when you consent. You can withdraw that consent through Cookie settings.
Share only what is needed
Use the contact form for a general description of your enquiry. Do not send passwords, access keys, identity documents or sensitive information about employees, candidates or customers. If system access or exchanging confidential information is necessary, we agree in advance on a secure way to do so.
Reporting a security issue
If you think you have found a vulnerability or unintentionally accessible information on this website, email contact@linkra.nl with the subject LinkraFlow security report. Include the affected page, the time and a short description of what you observed. Do not include passwords, keys or personal data in your initial message. If more information is needed, we will agree on a secure way to share it.
Do not exploit the issue. Do not download, modify or delete other people’s data, and do not disrupt the website. Give us an opportunity to investigate the report before making details public.

This page explains the website’s measures. It is not a certification, an independent security audit or a guarantee that incidents can never occur. Specific commitments about availability, support and incident handling are recorded for the relevant service.
